Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep and clear understanding of the company’s range of products and be able to communicate the information to customers clearly
  • Drive sales and maintain a high level of customer service standards
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem solving attitude
  • Prepare quotation, invoices and delivery orders
  • Supporting the company's marketing and branding activities
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in lifestyle / luxury retail and customer service, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Energetic and self‑motivated with a positive mindset
  • Professionalism and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and email/text/telephone etiquette
  • Strong command of the English language, written and spoken
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi‑task
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace tools
Working Hours

On‑site

5 or 6 day week, 9:30am - 7:30pm

Ability to work retail hours (i.e. including weekends and public holidays) is essential
