Position Purpose

The PR & VIP Relationship Manager will elevate our luxury beauty brands through impactful relationship management, strategic storytelling and commercially driven initiatives. This role is both creative and entrepreneurial; blending the art of luxury relationship-building with measurable business outcomes. You will be the key ambassador for our brands among VIP clients, media, and KOLs in Singapore, curating experiences that inspire brand love and drive tangible sales results.

Main Roles and Responsibilities
VIP Relationship Management & Client Development
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with VIP clients to drive loyalty, advocacy, and conversion.
  • Develop a clear vision and strategy for engaging existing clients while generating new leads within the luxury community.
  • Conceptualize and execute bespoke experiences and activations that deliver both emotional impact and commercial ROI.
Public Relations & Media Engagement
  • Lead PR and media relations strategies to strengthen brand positioning across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle segments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, editors, and KOLs to secure meaningful brand coverage.
  • Ensure all communications and storytelling reflect the brand’s prestige and identity.
Event & Activation Management
  • Plan and execute exclusive PR and client engagement events with a focus on both brand visibility and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with retail and marketing teams to set clear KPIs for each event, ensuring a strong link between experience and business impact.
  • Deliver exceptional event execution with meticulous attention to detail, tone, and aesthetics.
Strategic & Independent Leadership
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate brand presence and client engagement in Singapore.
  • Demonstrate a visionary approach — knowing what you want to achieve, how to achieve it, and how to measure success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in PR, client relations, or communications, preferably within the luxury beauty, fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer, or spirits industries.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial KPIs and delivering measurable business results through events and client programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and confident in decision-making.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and luxury brand values.
