To develop and manage a strategic, long-term partnership with key retail accounts (e.g., NTUC Fairprice, Dairy Farm Group, Sheng Siong, major grocery chains, and key e-commerce like Lazada) to drive mutually profitable growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard and grow account with key retailers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, to achieve sales targets and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Plan and implement promotions, working with external and internal stakeholders to drive sales and increase product visibility.
- Leverage your experience of the FMCG market, including consumer trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to plan and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Forecast sales volume and monitor performance, providing internal reports on account activities and growth.
- Work and assist cross functionally to achieve company objectives.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and trend, preferably with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and distribution goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing or any relevant studies.
