Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
• Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
• Handle complaints and suggestions
• Manage and update the database daily
• Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "N" Levels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
• Able to commit at least 3 days work per week (Inclusive of 1 weekend)
