We are seeking a talented Junior Garment Designer +Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Bibi & Baba Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in our office in the Bukit Merah Central Region.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the design and development of new garment collections, including sketching, fabric selection, and pattern making
• Maintaining detailed records of design and production processes
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the merchandising process, from sample development up to delivery
• Liaise with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of garments to meet client requests and expectations

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in garment design and/or merchandising, preferably in the garment industry
• Strong sketching and technical design skills, with proficiency in using design software such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Work independently both in office and offsite
