TastyFood Sales & Marketing Pte Ltd – Sembawang

To develop and manage a strategic, long-term partnership with key retail accounts (e.g., NTUC Fairprice, Dairy Farm Group, Sheng Siong, major grocery chains, and key e-commerce like Lazada) to drive mutually profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard and grow account with key retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, to achieve sales targets and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Plan and implement promotions, working with external and internal stakeholders to drive sales and increase product visibility.
  • Leverage your experience of the FMCG market, including consumer trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to plan and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Forecast sales volume and monitor performance, providing internal reports on account activities and growth.
  • Work and assist cross functionally to achieve company objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market and trend, preferably with 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and distribution goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
