The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and has at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking.
• Liaising with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing employee engagement activities.
