Key Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the Central Utility Team, providing support to the Front Office on Client Due Diligence and SOW write‑ups.
• Collaborate with the Front Office to obtain the necessary corroboration evidence and documentation to enhance the quality of SOW write‑ups.
• Prepare initial drafts of SOW write‑ups based on information provided by the Front Office, for subsequent review by SCAs.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for the Front Office on client onboarding documentation requirements and retail banking services.
• Manage and process client onboarding documentation checks and provide general services to Front Office staff.
• Handle and respond to queries from the Front Office within the scope of responsibility.
• Depending on the specific task, perform data entry and updates in the Private Bank system.
