We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed branch sales targets for beauty and spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a team of beauty consultants, therapists, and front‑desk staff.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and handle VIP clients and customer complaints professionally.
- Business Development: Develop and implement local marketing strategies, promotions, and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting: Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to upper management.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold De Beaute’s image and reputation in all client interactions and community engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
