Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations in a retail pharmacy setting, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are well-merchandised and neatly replenished on shelves.
  • Attend to general customer enquiries and provide appropriate counselling for over-the-counter (OTC) products.
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, and returning of stock items.
  • Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Support effective stock inventory management and control.
  • Assist the resident pharmacist in dispensing duties and promotional activities.
  • Provide support to the resident pharmacist in supervising pharmacy assistants and promoters.
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, and at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Science.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages or dialects will be an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with basic computer literacy.
  • Prior experience in dispensing and retail merchandising preferred.
Working Hours
  • 5.5 working day schedule.
  • 9.30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri),9am to 1pm (Sat)
