Reporting to CEO and Board of Directors, the Strategic Management Director is to drive Vulcain’s presence and growth in the market of professional AI digital product solutions across the APAC region. The candidate will define the products and supporting strategies that will assure the market fit and growing demand. The Strategic Management Director is expected to be deeply involved in the full cycle of research and development activities of the company and its partners, as well as play an instrumental role in building and maintaining business partnerships for the company.

• 15+ years of experience in high technology products and online web services development, and marketing management.
• Experience in defining, managing, and launching a services/product portfolio.
• Experience in managing product development cycle and go-to-market strategy, including product roadmaps, product sales, and interfacing with internal teams and external vendors, and customers is a must.
• Experience in market research with exposure to new and emerging technologies.
• Experience with AWS/GCP and its suite of PaaS solutions is a plus.
• Experience with new and emerging technologies, i.e. blockchain, LLM, MCP, predictive AI, machine learning, etc.
• Must have knowledge of technology, workflow systems, business requirements, software development life cycle (scrum/agile preferred), integration, ecosystem solutions, standards, and APIs protocols.
• Demonstrable track record of analysing market/product trends/requirements to create new ideas for innovation.
• Ability to influence, work with, and coordinate efforts of sales, engineering, and marketing teams, as well as cross-functional departments, to achieve positive end results.
• Interpersonal and technical, speaking and writing abilities has to be exceptional in this role.
• Must have strong skills for frequent presentations about new products, solutions, and technologies, and copywriting for various teams who are executing across various marketing channels.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, with experience in navigating complex organisations, and be comfortable presenting at any level of an organization.
• Strong strategic and project management skills.
• Solid time management and disciplined personality with effective execution.
• Must have the ability to synthesise data and identify opportunities and trends in the market.
• Strong leadership ability heading teams of various sizes.
• A degree in Social Sciences is a plus.
• Must be highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Russian / German languages is preferred.

• Own the full range of company products and communicate with top management, board members, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership and product management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Align product vision with the organisation's short and long-term business goals.
• Be able to lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and other personnel.
• Drive the successful launch of the product on a per-country level with cross-functional teams.
• Establish accountability to formulate business cases, create pre-launch requirements for the product, manage product delivery, as well as conduct ongoing post-launch product management.
• Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders inside and outside the company.
• Do strategic product planning, identify strategic market initiatives, and assign goals and deliverables for all related teams.
• Own the product and company KPIs for the region and globally.
• Manage strategic budgets to support product development, third-party partnerships, and growth initiatives, as required.
• Be accountable for timely delivery and the overall quality of the company's products that meet the business objectives of the company.
• Develop and monitor critical success factors in line with the overall business strategy of the company.
