About the Role

The Product Owner serves as the bridge between the product vision and its execution, focusing on day-to-day delivery of the Platform. You will work closely with engineering teams across the product streams to ensure we deliver a world-class platform that helps enterprises migrate to quantum-resistant cryptography.

Key Responsibilities
Backlog Management & Prioritization
  • Own and maintain the product backlog across all the platform modules
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Make trade-off decisions to maximize product value within sprint constraints
  • Ensure alignment between backlog priorities and product roadmap milestones
Stakeholder & Customer Liaison
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating user needs into actionable requirements
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from pilot customers (Singapore financial institutions)
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on feature prioritization based on market and regulatory requirements (MAS Advisory, NIST FIPS standards)
  • Interface with the research team to integrate research deliverables into product features
Sprint Execution & Delivery
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Work daily with engineering teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers
  • Ensure features meet Definition of Done and acceptance criteria before release
  • Coordinate with QA Engineers to validate delivered functionality
Release Planning
  • Plan and coordinate product releases across development teams
  • Define release scope, feature sets, and go/no-go criteria
  • Manage release documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Track velocity and adjust release plans based on team capacity
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software product development
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Background in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or financial services technology
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Experience with backlog management tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or security products
  • Understanding of cryptography concepts and regulatory compliance (MAS, NIST)
  • Knowledge of banking/financial services domain
