A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a motivated Research Manager to engage with various stakeholders and oversee the execution of research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the institution's mission to promote impactful research partnerships.
The Node for Impactful Continuing Education (NICE) was established in 2024 to promote research partnerships and efforts with a focus on identifying and studying outcomes and the determinants of such outcomes from CET for members of the labour force. Some areas of priority include the employability and career health of workers who are enrolled in adult learning degree programmes, such as those that SUSS offers.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Manager to support the planning and execution of applied research initiatives and partnerships aligned with the mission of NICE.
This role encompasses stakeholder engagement, overseeing research fieldwork and platforms to enable and showcase effective research for NICE.
The successful candidate will bring experience in ground engagement and stakeholder management along with the ability to work effectively across multifunctional teams and diverse community-facing initiatives. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a dynamic, people-oriented approach are essential for this role.
