Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing care coordination across healthcare settings? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Research Executive to support the Care Programme for cardiology patients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical operations, patient engagement, and healthcare data management—helping to shape integrated care delivery between specialist and primary care.
You will:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the programme, ensuring smooth patient transition from specialist to primary care providers.
Screen and recruit eligible cardiology patients, working closely with clinicians and primary care partners to plan follow-ups.
Provide health counselling and support, ensuring patients stay on track with treatment and appointments.
Monitor and track patient progress, manage databases, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
In addition, you will manage clinical audit responsibilities:
Collect and submit data on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) outcomes to relevant authorities.
Prepare accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and compliant audit submissions.
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Clinical knowledge or experience as an Enrolled/Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or equivalent will be an advantage.
3–5 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A team player with a positive, proactive mindset, able to work independently.
