Job summary

Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research assistant. The role will focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of high-speed nano-devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Theoretical investigation and design of innovative light emitting components.
  • Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of micro and nano light emitting devices.
  • Providing general research support to i-Lab@NTU.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
