Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to lead day-to-day operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial controls. The role requires preparation and review of corporate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and SFRS standards. Responsibilities also include overseeing the consolidation of group accounts and managing internal and external audits. The ideal candidate has expertise in tax compliance and a background in enhancing accounting procedures for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience leading accounting operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in IFRS and SFRS accounting standards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial controls.
- Prepare and review corporate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SFRS.
- Oversee consolidation of group accounts and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.
Skills
