Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and long-term strategic plan.
• Develop and implement annual organization goals and measurable objectives.
• Represent the organization as a primary spokesperson and ambassador.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality programs and services.
• Develop and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with the Board and finance staff.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on organizational performance.
• Ensure sound financial practices, reporting, and sustainability.
