Telemarketer (Singapore-Based | Work From Home | Flexible Hours)

Hourly Rate: $12-15/hour
Location: Remote (Singapore only)
Minimum Commitment: 10-15 hours per week

As our student community continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Telemarketer to support our enrolment process and ensure every parent enquiry is followed up professionally and promptly.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured work, clear expectations, and meaningful conversations with parents.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Contacting new leads in a timely manner using provided call scripts
• Accurately tracking all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in a shared spreadsheet
• Assessing parents’ suitability based on
  Child’s age
  Location
  Learning goals and expectations
• Booking eligible leads into age-appropriate trial lessons
• Conducting professional follow-ups to maximise booking and attendance rates

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Singapore-based and legally able to work in Singapore
• Responsible and accountable, with strong follow-through
• Meticulous and organised, especially with data tracking
• Proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with parents and handling objections professionally
• Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week

Preferred (Bonus, Not Mandatory)

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Go High Level)
• Experience handling education or enrichment programme enquiries
