The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Reconciliation Specialist who’ll ensure robust controls are in place to support our global expansion. Someone who can find a balance between long‑term strategic thinking and day‑to‑day hands‑on work.

• Working closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to ensure robust reconciliation controls are in place to support Revolut’s expansion
• Maintaining oversight of upcoming and overdue breaks, working with relevant teams to close them
• Performing root‑cause analysis, optimising reconciliation where possible, and triaging problems requiring escalation to product teams
• Working closely with product teams to identify trends causing breaks, and building long‑term solutions for them
• Investigating and implementing opportunities for automation or process improvement
• Performing reconciliation testing of integration changes and new product releases

• Experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or similar role in financial services/banking
• Experience in a fast‑paced working environment
• A good understanding of SQL
• The ability to balance high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
• The ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately to all levels
• A confident, self‑starter attitude
• A solid sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
