Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary CTO to lead our technology strategy, own the product roadmap, and scale our platform globally. This is a founding‑CTO‑level role: you will shape the architecture, lead engineering, and work closely with the founders to define and execute our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap for Creatorial.ai
• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering and product teams
• Make architecture and technology decisions that balance scalability, speed, and innovation
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to build data‑driven, AI‑powered solutions
• Drive product innovation, feature development, and technical excellence
• Ensure the platform meets high standards of security, reliability, and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in startup environments, ideally having built or scaled a product from 0 to 1 or 1 to N
• Strong track record as a technology leader, bridging product vision and technical execution
• Experience with AI/ML integration, SaaS, or marketplaces a strong plus
• Strategic thinker, hands‑on with code or architecture, comfortable in ambiguity
• Excellent communicator in English (Chinese bilingual is a plus)
• Based in Singapore, US, or China with flexibility for global collaboration
