The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience, leading diverse teams in Agile and Waterfall environments. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, from discovery and planningthrough implementation and post-deployment support.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across IT, Finance,Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks using Agile,Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and executive meetings to align ERP solutionswith broader business objectives and strategic goals.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and comprehensivetesting activities to ensure solution integrity.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliancerequirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and execute change management plans including user training,documentation, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, ora related discipline; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5years leading ERP implementations.
• Proven success delivering large-scale ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain,HR, and operations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; additional Agile or ScrumMaster certification is advantageous.
• Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder managementskills.
• Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese and/or Malay is a plus.
