Job summary
A multinational technology company in Singapore is seeking a legal expert to support its expanding operations in the APAC region. You will negotiate and draft international commercial contracts while collaborating closely with business units. The ideal candidate has a legal practicing certificate and at least 5 years of in-house experience in a relevant sector. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in-house experience in a relevant sector.
- Experience delivering on complex software or license contracts.
- Strong preference for experience supporting sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft international commercial contracts.
- Provide daily advice and interaction with business units.
- Escalate work items to regional legal team leads.
- Maintain relevant precedent terms for international business deals.
- Advise on employment matters and liaise with HR partners.
