Role Summary

Our key product, DeskIn, is scaling high-performance digital campaigns across JAPAC, US, EMEA and more. We seek a hands‑on Ads Expert to own execution and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and any emerging platforms. You will help us scale paid acquisition efficiently while maintaining healthy ROI as we grow global user bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own global ads strategy & execution across Google/Meta/TikTok
  • Optimize CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS while managing large budgets
  • Build campaign structures for new‑market launches (US, JP, UK, TW, Middle East, etc.)
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, messaging
  • Build weekly performance dashboards and insights for leadership
  • Work closely with Creative, KOL, and SEO teams to ensure messaging alignment
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3–7 years of strong ads performance experience
  • Proven track record handling budgets USD 20K–100K+/month
  • Strong understanding of growth loops and user funnel optimization
  • Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
