Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in-house experience in a relevant sector.
• Experience delivering on complex software or license contracts.
• Strong preference for experience supporting sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft international commercial contracts.
• Provide daily advice and interaction with business units.
• Escalate work items to regional legal team leads.
• Maintain relevant precedent terms for international business deals.
• Advise on employment matters and liaise with HR partners.
