Social Media Lead will develop and execute social media strategies that align with our broader communications objectives while managing relationships with regional social agencies. This role requires both strategic vision and tactical expertise in social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement international social media strategies aligned with overall communications objectives
• Direct and coordinate with social media agencies across different markets to ensure brand consistency while maintaining local relevance
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, implementing rapid response strategies when appropriate
• Create and maintain brand voice guidelines for different social platforms
• Lead the development of platform-specific content strategies
• Oversee social media content calendar and coordinate with broader communications initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with key social media partners and platforms
• Drive innovation in social media storytelling and engagement
• Analyze social media performance and provide strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
• Experience managing multiple social media agencies or remote teams
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique characteristics
• Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on social media trends
• Experience in developing brand voice and content guidelines
