Job Description

THE ROLE: Senior Executive, Marketing

The Senior Executive, Marketing is responsible for driving the planning and execution of marketing strategies thatstrengthen brand presence, support business objectives, and generate measurable growth. This role leads end-to-end campaign development, oversees digital and offline marketing initiatives, and collaborates closely with sales, product, and external partners to ensure cohesive and results-driven marketing efforts. Works with the Assistant Manager in analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and guide decision-making.

Marketing
  • Plan, develop, implement and optimise marketing and communication plans supporting international team's student recruitment efforts overseas. These efforts encompass online and offline advertising, social media, PR, events and brand-related initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive marketing trends to enable development and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for respective programmes and products.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to review, track and evaluate effectiveness of each campaign to ensure high yield, the right media mix and to gain consumer insights for CRM and/or re-marketing.
  • Brand guardian that oversees the accurate and consistent application of the brand across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Create compelling marketing collaterals, content, and student-centric messages tailored to different markets.
  • Assist in developing market-specific strategies and promotional materials to attract prospective students.
  • Ensure accurate and updated programme information is communicated to partners and prospective students.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, website, brochures, videos, and digital platforms to strengthen the institute's brand presence.
  • Support video production, student testimonials, campus tours, and storytelling content.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work in tandem with team members, sales and management teams to position Kaplan as the preferred private education institution for international students through effective brand building, content marketing and the utilisation of social media platforms to increase engagement and awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including country and digital marketing teams to drive lead generation
  • Manage internal stakeholders, sales team, external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables are achieved in a timely manner and in accordance with priorities.
  • Work closely with international recruitment teams and overseas education agents to support market activities and enrolment efforts.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Manage A and P budget and ensure usage of the budget yield the highest ROI.
  • Manage agencies to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective delivery.
Risk Management and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance of marketing and communication materials with SSG regulatory guidelines for assigned portfolios.
Support any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Head of Department
  • Assist in ad hoc projects that align with the institution's broader marketing and recruitment objectives.
  • Respond promptly to any last-minute content needs or adjustments, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to meet evolving marketing goals.
Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in integrated marketing, online marketing experience
  • Experience with digital ad platforms such as Meta ads, Google ads and TikTok ads.
  • Experience with content production, including creating materials and multimedia assets
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
  • Attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and results-oriented team player
  • Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of video production and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
