• Develop design concepts that align with the client\'s vision.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that meet the project requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated time and budget.
• Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring that the design is executed as per the plan.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage the budget for each project.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best materials at competitive prices.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design industry.

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and preferences.
• Provide after-sales service, including addressing any issues or concerns post-completion.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
