Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings
• Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the deployment of Gen-AI
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to business leaders and project teams on the appropriate application of Gen-AI, including guidance on prompt engineering and AI literacy
• Monitor the evolving landscape of Gen-AI technologies, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to maintain DBS Bank's position as a leader in responsible AI governance
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the AI literacy of DBS Bank employees, enabling them to effectively leverage Gen-AI tools and techniques
• Represent DBS Bank in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and external collaborations related to Gen-AI governance and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, including the ability to design, evaluate, and optimize prompts for various Gen-AI applications
