Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings
• Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen-AI deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the use of Gen-AI
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to business leaders and project teams on the appropriate application of Gen-AI, including considerations around AI literacy and prompt engineering
• Monitor the evolving landscape of Gen-AI technologies, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to maintain DBS Bank's position as a leader in responsible AI governance
