A leading real estate firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a full-time role in a finance data migration project. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those seeking office experience. Responsibilities include data transfer, record matching, and standardization of records. Candidates should be fast at typing, organized, and detail-focused. No finance background is required, making this an excellent opportunity for new entrants to the workforce.
Qualifications
- No finance background needed, just an eye for detail.
- Fast and accurate at typing/data entry.
- Patient and careful; enjoy spotting mistakes.
Responsibilities
- Transfer data from old systems to new ones accurately.
- Double-check and match records to ensure accuracy.
- Flag and fix any mismatched details.
- Help tidy up and standardize our records.
- Work with the accounts team for alignment.

Location: Office (Central)
Duration: 4 Months, Full-Time
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re looking for someone meticulous, quick, and ready to jump in to help with our finance data migration project. No experience? No problem — we’ll show you the ropes.
