Responsibilities
  • Oversee property upkeep, manage residents/tenants feedback and enquiries, supervise pest management, conduct estate inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead proper administration of the division, including cost management, verification of work done, and performance management of vendors.
  • Work closely with senior management, Members of Parliament (MP) and grassroots leaders in the management, preventive maintenance and improvement of the common areas of public housing estates and commercial properties.
  • Deliver excellent services to residents, grassroots leaders and MP.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations of Service Agreements are fully complied with and attain green band ratings in cleanliness and maintenance scores in Town Council Management Report (TCMR) and related indicators in Municipal Satisfaction Surveys (MSS).
  • Plan and supervise cyclical maintenance of the estate, including regular maintenance of water pumps, rooftops, lifts, pump rooms, lamp posts, bin centres and installation works in conformance with all building, security and statutory requirements.
  • Support works and services carried out within the Town comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act and authorities’ requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure Pest Control Officers engaged by Council regularly treat, deter and cull pests in the estate, in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Supervise and ensure the prompt attention to residents’ feedback by vendors, verify work done and pay vendors timely.
  • Engage residents, grassroots leaders and MP to plan and supervise improvement and upgrading projects such as construction of covered linkways, upgrading of children playgrounds and Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) and etc in HDB estates.
  • Assist to handle both Property Management and Project Management Services and be familiar with the various procedures of applications, submission processes and enforcement matters.
  • Any other tasks / projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in managing township properties/operations.
  • Strong understanding of public housing estate management, government regulations, and compliance standards will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage different stakeholders – residents, grassroots leaders, and agencies/ministries.
  • Dynamic, empathetic, team player who works well with people from all different levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/PHs where required & able to start work immediately or within short notice.
