Job Description

You will be supporting The Workshop team and reporting to the General Manager. The Workshop is a collaborative industrial coworking space put together by CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT.

Responsibilities
Operations
  • Conduct viewings and handle inquiries from potential members
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for members
  • Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the coworking space
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Community Management
  • Plan and execute events and networking opportunities to foster community among members
  • Facilitate business collaborations and opportunities within the community
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members and negotiate membership renewals
Marketing
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content to foster community engagement
  • Assist with the design of promotional materials, social media advertisements, and email blasts to support lead generation.
  • Actively promote the brand through direct outreach and publicity efforts
  • Research, plan, track, and review marketing campaigns for effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Relevant experience in operations management or leasing roles
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for fostering community and building relationships
  • Excellent analytical and event planning ability, with an interest in social media management
