This is a senior role for a high-performing B2B sales professional with strong experience in corporate real estate, co-working, or office space solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end sales, build C-suite relationships, and shape the go-to-market strategy in a highly competitive market.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth across existing centers
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR, and finance leaders
  • Deliver tailored workspace solutions to enterprises, startups, and SMEs
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities
  • Track market trends and provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates
