A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking a professional with 1-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank or similar, preferably in the US Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills, and be adept at managing multiple priorities independently. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. The position offers a competitive base salary of US$120,000 – US$175,000 annually, excluding additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Working Experience: 1-3 years of working experience with a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, real estate transaction advisory / investment sales and/or M&A firm; preferably with exposure to the US Real and/or Real Estate credit industry Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• High level of interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Able to work well within diverse teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
• Familiar with use of appropriate electronic data sources (e.g. Bloomberg, Factiva, Capital IQ, etc) for business and industry information research and productivity tools

Base salary of US$120,000 – US$175, annually (not including additional incentive compensation). Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and other conditions of employment.
