Oxford Economics is a leading global provider of economic and real estate forecasts, research, and consulting solutions.
You will be a leading member of the team responsible for producing real estate forecasts and research as well as presenting Oxford Economics’ global view to clients across the Asia Pacific region.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering country and city-level real estate forecasts and analysis focusing on the Asia Pacific region. In addition, you will independently develop research ideas, take responsibility for authoring content, and present our views to clients.
You will combine a keen understanding of the real estate sector with attention to detail, forecasting and research skills, and excellent communication skills. You’ll also bring an entrepreneurial mindset, partnering with our business development team to bring our real estate research to clients and prospects across the region, including through events, presentations, trips, and media appearances. Your work would combine forecasting and data analysis, written output, and relationship building with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate our Asia Pacific real estate views to clients (writing, analytics, presenting)
  • Represent the real estate economic service to clients and prospects across Asia Pacific, including through trips, events, presentations, media appearances, and others, in partnership with the business development team
  • Deliver Asia Pacific real estate forecasts (at country and city level) covering markets like Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others.
  • Produce written deliverables that summarize our house views and advance market thinking for Asia Pacific real estate
  • Collaborate with the broader real estate economics team in producing globally-relevant research
  • Contribute to the generation and execution of new ideas and improvements to our global real estate economics product
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • More than ten years’ experience delivering real estate forecasts and research
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Willingess to travel across the region (at least once a quarter)
  • Excellent academic credentials with a degree in real estate, economics or data science preferred
