• Manage and supervise a team of production workers during the night shift, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met

• Implement and monitor production schedules, procedures and processes to optimise workflow and minimise downtime

• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process, taking immediate corrective actions as needed

• Collect and analyse production data, providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and maintaining high morale among the production team

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement

• Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a good understanding of production KPIs

• Proven track record of maintaining strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a 12-hour night shift environment
