Job summary

A reputable HR advisory firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents and subcontract agreements, evaluating subcontractor claims, and liaising with clients and consultants on QS issues. This position offers a salary range of $2500 to $3000 and involves working from 9am to 6pm across five days. Training will be provided to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors.
• Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc.
• Evaluation of subcontractor's progress claims and variation claims.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
