Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate WSQ course operations, including scheduling, trainer assignments, venue arrangements, and training materials.
  • Manage learner administration such as registration, attendance, assessment records, certificates, and post-course follow-ups in line with SSG requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and retention of all WSQ documents (digital and hardcopy), ensuring compliance with WSQ/SSG standards.
  • Support trainers, assessors, learners, and management by handling communication, logistics, and general administrative needs.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation for audits, funding claims, billing, and data entry in SSG portals (e.g., TPGateway).
  • Collect and analyse learner feedback and assist in updating procedures, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support training operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; experience in training administration or WSQ course management preferred.
  • Familiarity with SSG/WSQ frameworks, and TPGateway are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
