You will be part of an elite engineering group renowned for its technical excellence, working alongside some of the industry’s top low-latency and high-performance computing specialists. The team collaborates closely with traders and quants, giving you direct exposure to the trading desk and the ability to make a visible impact on PnL.

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency trading and pricing systems

• Work closely with traders and quants to build solutions that drive trading strategies

• Optimise system performance, throughput, and reliability in a real-time environment

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture and engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5–12 years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong Core Java programming skills

• Prior experience in a Front Office Trading Technology environment

• Solid expertise in multi-threading and concurrent programming

• Experience with performance tuning or low-latency systems is a strong advantage

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
