You will shape and deliver the strategic vision, governance, and operational performance of Procurement on a global scale. You will lead a high-performing team to drive collaboration across regions, champion operational excellence, including its processes and systems, and uphold strong governance and compliance standards. You will oversee, development and rollout of global processes, systems, and capability frameworks. With a focus on continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Procurement global excellence and operations and aligning it with Asahi's broader strategic ambitions.

• Lead the implementation of Global Procurement's purpose, vision, strategies, and governance to drive alignment and performance across regions
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to global teams, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, and engagement
• Lead Global Procurement operational excellence, including its processes and systems
• Drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with the overall Asahi strategy and external benchmarks.
• Design and implement and improve Global Procurement operations
• Design and implement Procurement functional competency framework including delivery of trainings in relevant processes and systems
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal controls that protect company assets and uphold Asahi's reputation
• Support sustainable procurement, innovation, and responsible sourcing practices that create long-term value
• Represent Procurement in key committees and cross‑functional forums to influence strategic decision‑making
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement capabilities and benchmark against global best practices

• University degree in Business or a related field, Master's preferred
• Strong capability in procurement leadership within multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge and proven ability in driving procurement operations, governance, and process excellence.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, change leadership, and driving continuous improvement across global teams
• A strategic mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving impact
• Proficiency in procurement platforms and advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
