A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position. The role involves participating in HQ tenders or site projects, managing all Quantity Surveyor duties, liaising with consultants, and preparing subcontract documents. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in construction management or Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction projects. Offers competitive salary up to $7,000 with variable bonuses.
Formación
Minimum 3 years in building construction projects is preferred.
Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Responsabilidades
Reporting to Contract manager and involving in either HQ tenders or site projects.
Responsible for all work related to building Quantity Surveyor duties.
Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.
Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.
To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts.
Variation order or EOT claims.
Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues.
