Job description

This Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant role supports global Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Cloud implementations across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. He/she will deliver end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to BAU support, combining SCM functional expertise with hands‑on integrations, data migration, reporting and customizations in an Agile environment.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑go‑live support
• Define and document AS‑IS / TO‑BE business processes and functional specifications
• Configure and develop application components, workflows, integrations, reports, and data conversions
• Design and execute functional, unit, and system integration testing
• Lead user training and manage UAT activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and process‑related issues
• Manage BAU support, change impact analysis, vendor coordination, and Oracle EBS R12 to Fusion initiatives

Profile

A successful candidate would have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• At least 5-7 years' experience with multiple end‑to‑end Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations in SCM, including mandatory Order-to-Cash exposure
• Strong hands‑on expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Pricing, Order Management); GTM or RFsmart is a plus
• Solid technical skills in Oracle Fusion data structures, integrations, reporting, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and related frameworks
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud data migration and conversion tools (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)
• Good understanding of Oracle PaaS/SaaS architecture, Agile/SCRUM delivery, and EBS to Fusion migration projects
• Effective communicator with end‑user environment experience, strong attention to detail, positive mindset
