Company Overview

LionsBot International is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Singapore. We are seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead LionsBot’s next-generation digitalization initiatives in Singapore. This role will focus on driving projects involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and NextGen API integrations across enterprise systems to accelerate automation and streamline business processes. The TPM will act as the central coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with LionsBot’s strategic objectives. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Governance
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and vendor coordination to implementation and adoption.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Serve as the single point of contact for internal teams/department and external solution providers.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
  • Manage third-party vendors and consultants to deliver AI, RPA, and integration solutions.
• Digitalization & Process Enablement
  • Coordinate NextGen API integrations to enable cross-system interoperability.
  • Oversee implementation of solutions to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with LionsBot’s governance frameworks.
• Change Management & Adoption
  • Drive user readiness, training, and change management activities to support adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs and business impact of implemented solutions.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to maximize ROI from digital transformation projects.
• Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all implementations comply with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR and internal security policies.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance controls, and reporting dashboards for leadership review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation domains.
  • Strong track record of coordinating digital transformation projects involving AI, RPA, and API-based system integrations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, MES, PLM, and CRM (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Windchill, ThingWorx, Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong vendor and partner management experience.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation concepts (RPA) and API integration approaches.
  • Solid project governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Preferred Certifications
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
