The Data Governance & Compliance Department drives the organisation’s data management strategy, ensuring data is handled securely and responsibly. This role shapes data policies, strengthens governance and consent practices, and collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to support a more data-driven organisation.

• Formulate, review, and enhance enterprise-wide data standards, governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines to meet evolving business needs.
• Design and implement governance mechanisms such as Third-Party Data Management, Consent Management, Data Sharing Processes, and Data Contractual Agreements.
• Lead assessments of data-related risks, providing clear recommendations and practical governance controls.
• Advise internal teams on the application of data protection and privacy requirements to new initiatives, products, and data‑sharing use cases.
Evaluate, draft, and review data protection and confidentiality clauses in contracts, ensuring alignment with organisational policies.
• Manage, assess, and report on data access requests, ensuring that proper safeguards and accountability measures are in place.
• Develop communication materials, training decks, and to raise staff awareness of data governance and best practices.
• Coordinate data governance discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as the primary contact for queries on data policies and submissions.
• Support continuous improvement by analysing pain points, identifying process gaps, and refining governance workflows.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data governance, data protection, or information management.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
• Certifications or experience in privacy, governance, or cybersecurity are a bonus.
