Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking an individual to coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant automotive experience, possess a valid Class 3 driver's license, and be able to handle documentation related to the inspection process. The position offers a salary of $2,500 - $3,000, depending on experience, with additional bonuses and working hours from Monday to Friday and alt Saturdays.

Location: Ubi

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 (Depending on relevant experience) + OT + Variable Bonus

Working Days:

• Mon–Fri: 8am–5:30pm
• Alt Sat: 8am–12pm

Key Duties:

• Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations
• Handle PDI documents: job cards, invoices, warranty, PO & GRN
• Assign & monitor technicians’ work
• Liaise with contractors
• Perform quality checks on new vehicles
• Support sales team during vehicle handover

Requirements:

• Nitec (NTC 2) or relevant automotive qualification is highly advantegeous
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Process Valid Class 3 licence
