A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee full spectrum QS duties throughout pre- and post-contract stages. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle demanding workloads. Responsibilities include managing contract documentation and tracking project milestones. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Oversee full spectrum of QS duties throughout pre- and post-contract stages.
Prepare, submit and review interim and final progress claims, and provide feedback to Management regarding payment responses.
Conduct regular site visits to track project progress and highlight any issues requiring attention.
Perform quantity take-offs, evaluate and prepare variation claims, and confirm measurements with clients when required.
Manage contract documentation and ensure timely closing of final accounts with both clients and subcontractors.
Track project milestones and payment schedules to ensure smooth cashflow and progress coordination.
Prepare, update and monitor construction programmes, including supporting documentation for delay claims when necessary.
Degree in Construction Management / Applied Science, or Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Able to handle demanding workloads and meet tight project timelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Self-driven, independent, and able to resolve challenges with minimal supervision.
