Siemens Mobility Rail Infrastructure business supplies the global markets of rail and road-bound transport with innovative products and solutions for Rail Automation, Rail Electrification and in the area of intermodal mobility, apps and backend systems.

Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
  • Technical lead for Customer Services (CS) Rail Infrastructures (RI).
  • Conducts RI systems offsite and onsite fault investigation, defect troubleshooting, trend and analysis, continuous improvement and/or rectification on RI systems installed bases in Singapore and ASEAN.
  • Support CS Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Managers in the management of Long-Term Services Support (LTSS) contract with customers.
  • To lead, project manage and collaborate with Siemens Mobility entities regarding obsolescence management and treatments to sustain the RI systems, products and equipment.
  • Participate in customer and supplier meeting to ensure sustainability of the RI systems
  • Project Manage works on site, including working schedules and installation methods including forecast equipment readiness, material delivery and estimated manpower require.
  • Plan and support work on site and test & commissioning of RI systems when required.
  • Support local component testing and repair of Signaling equipment to ensure high reliability.
  • Support development of Test Equipment for Signalling components.
  • Support sales and bid activities.Strictly adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

  • Degree holder with 3 years of experience or a Diploma holder with 6 years of experience
  • Experience in railway systems (Electrification, Communication, Signaling) and/or Operations & Maintenance or Project Management
  • Looking out for a team player, self-confident and proactive individual.
  • Ability to communicate and manage customer expectations professionally.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Railway systems or equivalent
  • Ability to lead tasks and small projects
  • Interest in cybersecurity would be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
