Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender quotations, evaluate pricing, and perform site measurements. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and possess good communication skills in English and Chinese. This role is suitable for entry-level applicants and offers an opportunity to grow in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese for easier communication with China Supplier.
- 0-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, entry level candidates are welcome.
- Familiar with building construction, Knowledge of building condition of contract.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender quotation including quantities and procurement.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing.
- Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Carry out site measurement.
- Handling of sub-contractor’s progress payments.
- Other quantity surveying related duties.

- Evaluation of price comparison and costing
- Preparation of interim valuations, pricing, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Carry out site measurement
- Handling of sub-contractor’s progress payments
- Other quantity surveying related duties
- Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
- Required language(s): English, Chinese for easier communication with China Supplier.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
