Cafe Manager (Full-Time)

We are developing a new café experience that blends great coffee, conscious nourishment, and meaningful human connection. The space will also host events and workshops that inspire well‑being, growth and community.

We are looking for a Cafe Manager who can bring this vision to life.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth, welcoming, and efficient service
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a strong team culture rooted in warmth and excellence
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Oversee food & beverage preparation, ensuring hygiene and consistency
  • Ensure consistent quality in food, drinks, and hospitality standards
  • Plan and coordinate events and workshops in collaboration with partners and the wider team
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Contribute ideas for growth and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in cafe/restaurant management or a senior leadership role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with a balance of operational detail and people‑first mindset
  • Experience with food prep management preferred
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating meaningful experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership
  • Interest in events, workshops, and community‑building is a plus
