Job summary

A leading consultancy and construction firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to support the procurement and management of redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of experience in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is required. This role involves overseeing consultants and implementing communication plans for stakeholder engagement.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects in accordance with the organisation’s standards.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
• Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms
• Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders
• Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall organizational goals and strategies
• Engage stakeholders to carry out feasibility studies for renovation projects

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects
• Required proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SketchUp will be added bonus
